SHIPPING
All orders are shipped Mon-Fri via USPS from Virginia.
Please allow 2-5 days after ordering for processing time. Processing time does NOT include ship time.
Remember to include your apartment or building # to avoid any issues.
While we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely, we are NOT responsible for what happens with your package once it leaves our possession. Should any issues arise, please contact USPS.
Any orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery.
TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order is sent out, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number. You will be able to track your order from there.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated into USPS' system.
CANCELLING ORDERS
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us via e-mail at mishaemonet@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If you have already received a tracking number, your order can not be cancelled and we will not provide any refunds.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please carefully review your order before checking out.
NAIL PREP KITS
As of July 2023:
One (1) nail prep kit will be provided per two sets. For example, if you purchase two nail sets, you will receive one nail prep kit. If you purchase four nail sets, you will receive two nail prep kits.
